1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By using our website or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1.2 If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue the use of our website and services.
2. Products and Pricing
2.1 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
2.2 All prices are subject to change without notice.
2.3 While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely accurate, reliable, or current.
3. Order Acceptance and Pricing
3.1 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or issues identified by fraud detection systems.
3.2 In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error (typographical or otherwise), we have the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for the product at the incorrect price, even if payment has been made. You will be refunded in such cases.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept cards, cash payments, and transfers.
4.2 By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4.3 We may use third-party services to update or verify credit card information, including expiration dates.
5. Returns and Upgrades
5.1 Upgraded Devices: Once the upgrade process has started, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
6. Warranty Policy
6.1 Receipts must be presented for any warranty claims.
6.2 Phones, laptops, and electronics with scratches, liquid damage, or physical damage will not be accepted under warranty.
6.3 Devices with damaged boxes, liquid damage, or torn packaging will not be accepted for swap.
6.4 Warranty does not cover accessories.
6.5 Phones, laptops, and electronics can only be swapped within 7 days of purchase if found faulty.
6.6 After 7 days of purchase, no device swaps are allowed, but faulty components will be replaced under warranty.
6.7 Device replacements are only available for devices with a manufacturer's defect or software issue detected within the “first 7 days” of purchase.
6.8 For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item to us. We will cover return shipping for valid claims.
6.9 No warranty is provided for water damage, physical damage, or software issues caused by improper use.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to the loss of profits, data, or use.
7.3 In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, the limitations of this section may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cassper Gadgets Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
(a) your use of our products or services;
(b) your violation of these T&Cs;
(c) your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software on our website, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
9.2 You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.
